Over 1.4 Billion Adults Are At of Disease Courtesy Physical Inactivity

Physical activity is prerequisite for good health and mental strength, but as per World Health Organization (WHO), globally, over 1.4 billion are at risk of disease from not doing enough physical activity.

Physical inactivity increases people’s risk of cardiovascular diseases, Cancers, Diabetes 2 and Dementia.

“1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men do not do enough physical activity to stay healthy,” WHO tweeted.
