DSEK submits proposal for winter vacations in Kashmir schools

On Wednesday the director of school education Kashmir (DSEK) has submitted a proposal to the government for announcement of winter vacations for government and recognised private schools.

The proposal has been sent on the demand of the parents for the announcement of winter vacation for schools, particularly primary classes.

In the proposal, the DSEK has stated that winter vacations for classes up to 8th classes may be announced from December 6 to March 02, 2019. DSEK has also proposed that winter vacation for classes 9th to 12th may be announced from December 17 to February 23.
