Innovation: Transparent Eel-like Robot Can Swim Silently Underwater

Transparent Eel-like robot developed by Scientists at University of California in San Deigo and Berkely can swim silently under salt water without an electric motor.

It is a foot long robot and is virtually transparent. The robot uses artificial muscles filled with water to propel itself.
