Six Foods that help in lactating

Oat– Oat is an edible seed very helpful in increasing milk production in lactating mothers.

Fish-The presence of Zinc, Vitamin D and Calcium in fishes makes them beneficial in case mothers feel their milk supply is low.

Spinach-Rich in Vitamin A, and calcium, Spinach also helpful in  rising milk supply, however some mothers often avoid spinach due to certain reasons.

Garlic-Apart from maintaining blood pressure, Garlic is also helpful in improving milk supply

Apricots– Dried apricots can help produce more milk and are also a good source of calcium. Due to the presence of Vitamin A and E Apricots help in generating more milk production.
